My husband and I placed an order for 2 chairs on May 23, 2019. We were told the order would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I reconfirmed this because we were going away on hoilday in August. The sales women assured me that we would have the 2 chairs before then. It's now been 4 months and we still do not have our chairs. There has been no contact from Mokana to us, only when we call (which is every week). We are told that it will be 2 more weeks every time we call. The quality of the products are good but the lack of customer service and communication is absoulety horrible. This was going to be our 2nd purchase with this company but sadly we feel they do not care about their customers. Happy to update that the issue has been resolved and we now have our chairs. The quality is of course outstanding!
